Return and Refund Policy
While we hope you are always happy with your purchase, we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. We accept returns on eligible items for up to 14 days after the delivery date. Please note: once your order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, you have 14 days to contact us regarding damaged or missing items.
We apologize in advance as we are not currently offering exchanges. You will need to return your item and place a new order.
How long do I have to return an order?
We offer a 14-day (beginning on date of delivery) no-questions-asked return policy for a full product refund. Simply fill out our return form here to guide you through the process.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes. You will need to cancel your order instead if it has not yet been processed, and place a new one. We process orders quickly (between 1-2 hours, seven days a week), so you need to submit a request within two hours of your order being placed to cancel your order.
How do I create an exchange?
Direct exchanges are not currently possible. If you would like to exchange for another size or color, please fill out the return form above and then place a new order.
Is there a shipping charge for returning an order?
Yes. You are responsible for either providing your own shipping label or paying for one that we offer. If you choose our pre-paid shipping label, the label’s cost and associated taxes, if applicable, will be deducted from your refund total. This cost will be displayed when you select your return label preference. Note: Pre-paid shipping labels are only available for shipments within the US.
What if I was shipped the wrong item?
Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange or re-ship items. You will need to complete our return form above for a refund, and then place a new order. Please note: Some items may arrive in a green protective bag. Please open the bag to view the actual item color.
How is my refund calculated?
You will receive the amount paid for each returned item. You will not be refunded for the original shipping cost unless there was a mistake on our end, e.g. wrong item sent or item was never received. If our pre-paid return shipping label is selected, that amount plus associated taxes, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund total. The price for the pre-paid label will be shown during the return process. Note: Pre-paid shipping labels are only available for shipments within the US.
How long will it take for my return to be processed and refunded?
For the vast majority of returns, it takes about 10-14 Business Days for us to get your package at the fulfillment center, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund. If the refund is being issued to a credit card, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 Business Days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. Please note that original shipping charges will not be refunded.
I live outside the U.S. how can I return my order?
Please fill out our return form above to begin the process. Original duty, shipping charges and GST/HST will not be refunded, and you will be required to pay for return shipping.
What to do if a product is Defective?
Defective products covered under warranty will be repaired, replaced with product in like condition or credited, at Stronghold discretion, at no additional charge. Return freight to customers will be paid by Stronghold.
