Privacy Policy

We take your privacy very seriously and WILL NOT sell or distribute your personal information to any commercial third parties other than those required to process your order.

 

Shipping Policy

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the Continental United States.  

This means delivery within 5 business days of ordering, but often in as little as 2-3 business days. Please be aware that the major shipping agents we use - UPS and FedEx - count business days as Monday through Friday.  

Orders placed before 12:00 EST are usually shipped out the same-day. Within 24 hours of shipment, you will be emailed shipment confirmation, along with tracking information for your order. In the unlikely event there is a problem with your order fulfillment, you'll be contacted by phone or email within 24 business hours.

 

Sales Tax

We don't charge sales tax to anyone living in the United States, except for orders from the state of Florida, where we are required to charge 6.00% per order, because we are based there. 

 

Return Policy

We offer a no-hassle 14 day return policy for all purchases, and no restocking fees for items returned in brand new and re-sellable condition. If you need to return an item for any reason, please contact us and request an individual RA number and return shipping address. Please do not return merchandise without requesting an RA number or verifying the shipping address.  Doing either of these will result in significant delays in processing your return. Specifics regarding various return types are listed below:

 

Returns for a Refund

Products returned for a refund must be in brand new and re-sellable condition, and contain all original parts and packaging.  Items in brand new, unused condition may be returned within 14 days of purchase. 

Items must be in good condition and can contain no writing on the outside of the package. Returns must be shipped within 14 days of the original purchase date to be eligible for a refund. 

 

Shipping Mistakes and Shipping Damage

In the event that we send you an incorrect product, or fail to ship your entire order, we will swiftly remedy the mistake at no cost to you. Additionally, we will work with you in the event your item is damaged by a freight company to quickly get you a replacement at no cost to you.
